A few highlights from our time together:Jayson developed a design locking process that is repairing the trust between OOBE Engineers and design. He turned our feedback into concrete steps that improved life for eng, design, and QA. In 2026, we need this rolled out to other design partners!
Jayson took "__" designs from 0->1. He not only worked around the clock to get us final designs with the updated flow, but did not stop until months later when he was hammering out pixel level designs for release with a coworker. Hero.
